We can arrange removal of asbestos containing materials and provide guidance throughout the process, for all types of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).

We can arrange when required for licenced material to be removed and disposed of under the control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and have the specific industry knowledge to act as liaison between the client and the removal contractor should this be required.

Notifiable non-licensed work

We also provide the facilities for the removal of all Notifiable non-licensed work.

For notifiable non-licensed work (NNLW), employers also have additional requirements to:

notify work with asbestos to the relevant enforcing authority
ensure medical examinations are carried out
and maintain registers of work (health records).

Our process is not just about complying with current regulations and legislation, it is about protecting everybody’s Health & Safety in general and avoiding the potential for damaging litigation in the future.

We have learnt from experience that planning, is crucial to the success of a contract so the proposed works will be fully risk assessed and a method statement developed to ensure the contract can be carried out safely and efficiently.

This “Method Statement” or “Plan of Work” will be developed in consultation with all interested parties including the independent UKAS accredited laboratory who will issue the final clearance certifications.
